What is Tees.com.au’s returns policy?

Tees.com.au is a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, colour, or simply don’t like the product.

Do we offer refunds?

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our support team within 30 days of product delivery. Tees.com.au offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. However, it should be pointed out that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or colour, Tees.com.au will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refund.
Please email us at admin@tees.com.au which outlines any issues and please include photos of the wrong or damaged items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at admin@tees.com.au within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
